We are about ready to head out the door to make another delivery to the Boise Rescue Mission! Thanks to Kimberly, Martina, Jan, Sal, and Sarah, there are enough items added to my own to merit the trip! Thanks so much, ladies!

1 baby blanket, 6 sleepers, 19 teddy bears, 5 dolls in carryalls, 2 kitties, 8 baby sweater sets, 23 hats, 10 crocheted slippers, 6 kerchiefs, 1 girl's hat and purse set, 4 headband earwarmers, 1 small afghan, 3 pairs of mittens, and a collection of toy cars. |

Nancy's fingers must've been flying as she crocheted these hats! 60 of them! And she did a super job sewing the dress, three jumpers, and 13 bibs! She also made 10 beautiful baby gowns (burial) that were donated to the Holy Rosary Hospital in Ontario, Oregon. Thank you, Nancy! |

We made another delivery to the Boise Rescue Mission! Thanks goes out to Sal, Nancy, Sarah, and the anonymous contributors! Without you, there wouldn't have been nearly as many items to take to those in need. Though I do what I can, I'm only one person ... as a team, we are helping many more individuals than I ever could alone. Thank you all! |
DELIVERED ITEMS: I dress, 3 jumpers, 13 bibs, 72 hats, 6 scarves, a crocheted coverlet, and nine large bags of miscelaneous clothing. |
October 20, 2001 Here it is, another autumn season and the temperatures are beginning to drop. Thankfully, the wonderful donations continued through the summer so we were able to make another drop at the Boise Rescue Mission last Wednesday, October 17th which included 6 headband/earwarmers, 2 hat & scarf sets, 4 scarves, 1 pair of house shoes, 1 bib, 1 baby sweater, 1 bonnet & bootie set, 1 teddy bear, 1 hooded baby blanket, 1 large afghan, 13 toiletry bags, and 23 hats. Yet another thanks goes out to all! |
